Gracias Zizou

A loan goal from Florent Malouda was enough for Les Bleus to edge out my beloved Tri-Color at Stade de France. I was hoping, at the very least, to have seen some flashes of brilliance from Zinedine Zidane, but Zizou was absent today.

Instead, I was awarded for my patience regarding Francisco ‘Maza’ Rodriguez, one of Mexico’s most questioned roster call ups. Maza was one of the better players in the field.
